IM IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A SCANIA 142 & HAVE BROKEN THE WINDOWSCREEN IN HALF! DOES ANYBODY HAE A SPARE FOR SALE OR SWAP OR DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW IT CAN BE REPAIRED? THANKS, CHARLIE

Hello Charly,

The windscreen of a Scania 2 or 3 serie is completly flat. That makes it very easy to make a new one from transparant plastic sheet that you can find in any modelshop. I already made one when a was restoring an old Scania wrecker who had glue spots on the windscreen. It gives really good results.

Glue your old screen back together and use it as a template.......Dave.

Hi, if I cannot get a spare windowscreen I will try & make one from this clear plastic/aacetate! thanks for the advice! Charlie
